On May 19, 2020, we received an urgent inquiry about centrifuges from customers in the Philippines. They urgently need a centrifugal air compressor. In order to meet the needs of customers, our staff worked overtime to complete the assembly and delivery of the centrifuge in the shortest time.

Problem
The centrifugal air compressor needs to be adjusted, but our installation and commissioning staff cannot reach the site.
Solution
In order to complete the installation and commissioning of the centrifuge on time, we decided to try remote installation and control. Sollant immediately contacted the customer to understand the situation on the spot. At the same time, all departments actively prepared relevant technical materials, and conducted serious and strict remote video training on startup and commissioning for customer operators. After everyone’s joint efforts, the centrifuge finally completed the commissioning.
