Air compressor noise prevention method
Air compressors are electromechanical equipment widely used in industrial production, but the noise during the operation of air compressors is very large, usually 90~110dB(A), and has low frequency characteristics, which seriously endangers the surrounding environment, especially at night. The extent can reach hundreds of meters. Therefore, air compressor noise reduction is a common difficulty in industrial production noise control. According to its principle, high-pressure screw air compressors can be divided into two categories: volumetric type and impeller type. The air compressor is a comprehensive noise source. The noise of the air compressor is usually composed of the air driving force noise of the radiation source at the intake and exhaust ports, the reflective noise generated by the molecular thermal movement components, and the vibration of the permanent magnet motor.
Air compressor noise control methods:Assemble the muffler at the air inlet. Generally, the air inlet can be pulled outdoors, and then the muffler can be refitted. Because the noise of the air inlet has a low frequency characteristic, it is generally necessary to modify the characteristic impedance composite muffler, micro-perforated plate composite muffler, Venturi nozzle muffler, etc.
Air compressor shock absorber The screw permanent magnet air compressor vibrates very much, and it is often necessary to carry out shock absorber treatment on the motor shaft. The shock absorber design and shock absorber product selection are carried out according to the weight of the air compressor and the vibration frequency. The pipeline from the exhaust pipe of the air compressor to the gas cylinder is subjected to the pressure pulsation effect of the exhaust pipe, resulting in vibration and radiation noise. It will not only lead to fatigue damage of pipelines and support frames, but also affect the surrounding environment. Therefore, anti-vibration and noise reduction are adopted for the pipeline. It is common to modify the intercepted filler in the exhaust pipe and bypass the resonance length.
Assembling sound insulation covers for air compressors In places with high requirements for natural environmental noise, for the noise of air compressors, only assembling the muffler at the air inlet usually cannot meet the noise reduction regulations. Solution, retrofitting sound insulation enclosures on all generator sets is the main measure to prevent this type of noise. The design of the sound insulation cover should ensure its tightness, so as to obtain better sound insulation effect. In order to facilitate maintenance and disassembly, the sound insulation cover can be designed as a detachable type, leaving access doors and windows. At the same time, attention should be paid to the problem of heat dissipation of the unit, and mufflers should be assembled at the inlet and ventilation ports.
