1. Load air filtration equipment to achieve the goal of improving the quality of compressed air. For example, install air filters, oil and gas separators, etc. for screw air compressors.
2. Control the amount of lubricating oil. Because once the lubricating oil is too much, it will easily lead to an increase of the oil content in the compressed air, so it is necessary to control its amount within a reasonable range, neither too low nor too high.
3. Check the air compressor one-way valve orifice, oil-gas separator, minimum pressure valve spring and other components to see if they are blocked or damaged. Once these parts are found not to work properly, they must be dealt with.
4. Check the exhaust pressure. The exhaust pressure of the screw air compressor is too low, which will also lead to a decrease in the quality of the compressed air. Therefore, we need to ensure that the unloading pressure setting of the air compressor is within an appropriate range.
