What is the start-up procedure of the oil-free air compressor?
The oil-free air compressor can be started according to the following procedures:
- The unit is cranked, check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon such as friction and collision between the rotor and the stator, and confirm that the rotor is cranked flexibly.
- Slowly lift the hand wheel of the starter to make the steam open the valve quickly. When the power oil pressure difference between the two ends gradually increases, open it quickly, and the steam enters the speed regulating air valve chamber.
- Continue to lift the hand wheel of the starter, the secondary oil pressure is generated, and exerts force on the oil motor slide valve. When the secondary oil pressure rises to a certain value, under the action of the secondary oil pressure, the slide valve rolls the power oil to the channel of the upper chamber of the piston of the oil motor, and the power oil enters the upper chamber of the piston of the oil motor to open the speed regulating steam valve , the steam enters the steam turbine through the nozzle, and the unit starts to rotate.
- When the speed of the unit rises to 100 rpm, weigh and run for 15 minutes, and if there is no abnormality, proceed according to the procedure.
- Continue to raise the hand wheel of the starter until it reaches the highest position.
- After the function of the starter is over, the governor will be put into normal operation and play its speed regulating function.
