1. Before starting the air compressor, it is necessary to check whether the machine has water or rain, whether the machine circuit is normal, and whether the three-phase power supply is normal.
2. Before starting the machine, make sure that the oil temperature is not lower than +2 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too low, please use a heating device to heat the oil and gas barrel and the main engine.
3. Check that the oil level is at the normal position, and check that all condensate drains are closed (open for long-term shutdown), and the water-cooled unit should also check whether the cooling water discharge is closed (this valve should be opened for long-term shutdown).
4. Turn the main engine coupling by hand after the equipment is powered off. It should rotate flexibly (belt and direct-connected models). For the machine that is difficult to turn, please do not start it blindly. Check whether the machine body or the motor is faulty. Whether it is viscous and invalid, etc., the machine can only be turned on after troubleshooting.
5. If the machine has been shut down for a long time or the oil filter has been used for a long time, it is recommended to replace the oil filter before starting the machine to prevent the oil from being viscous and the ability to penetrate the oil filter when the machine is started. Momentary heat, causing body failure.
6. After the above work inspection, jog operation should be performed once the machine is turned on to check the operation status and whether the sound is normal when the machine starts. After the official start-up, check the current and oil temperature changes, and stop the machine immediately if there is a sudden change in temperature. Do not start the machine frequently, and add appropriate coolant to the body if necessary. Jogging method: press the start button, press the emergency stop button after running for about 5 seconds, with an interval of half a minute (for permanent magnet variable frequency air compressors, the jogging time can be pressed after the pre-running time is over), repeat the above steps Restart at least 3 times.
7. If a heat recovery machine has been installed, please close the oil circuit valve of the heat recovery system, and then slowly open the oil circuit control valve of the heat recovery system after the unit is running normally.
8. For two-stage compressors, especially high-power models, when starting up again after stopping for a period of time, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the air inlet and jog 2-3 times, and the oil-gas barrel to the oil-filling regulating valve of the machine body. It should be fully opened at the beginning of the operation. If the exhaust temperature is too low after the operation is stable, the water inlet of the customer’s cooling water valve can be adjusted to control the temperature. If necessary, the oil inlet valve can be adjusted to control the oil inlet star according to the actual temperature. Appropriate exhaust temperature.
9. The frequency converter should pay attention to the exhaust temperature in winter to prevent it from being too low (mainly due to long-term low-frequency operation causing the exhaust temperature to be too low), and adjust the opening of the appropriate cooling water valve according to the exhaust temperature, which can be replaced with high temperature Type thermal control spool.
