1. Special precautions

◇Avoid installation places

◇The place where the sunlight can be directly irradiated-affects heat dissipation.

◇Where rain, dripping water from pipelines, and water vapor will come into contact with—causing electrical short circuit and rusting of the casing.

◇Where it will vibrate—the meter is out of alignment.

◇Inclined place or uneven ground——produce noise and affect operation.

◇Do not install in places with flammable gases or objects around.

2. Air-cooled (air-cooled) special attention:

Places with a lot of oil, gas, heat, and steam (such as diesel engines, generators, chimneys, and painting sites)—pollution, affecting heat dissipation devices.

◇Places with a lot of sawdust and dust (such as woodworking machines, cement tanks, grinders) – block the radiator.

◇Places where chemical gases and corrosive gases exist (such as electroplating pools, electrolytic tanks, sulfuric acid tanks, and toilets)—destroy the radiator.

◇Air compressor room or other machine room without ventilation equipment—poor heat dissipation.

◇Close to the wall or close to large equipment – not conducive to heat dissipation and maintenance work.

3. Special attention for water-cooled type:

◇A place with insufficient water source or a lot of impurities in the water source – unable to dissipate heat or scale will cause unfavorable heat dissipation.

◇The cooling water supply is insufficient or the cooling water pressure is too low——affects heat dissipation.

◇Installed next to the cooling water tower – water drops on the machine, short circuit and rust.
