What is the role of the condenser in the refrigeration system of the cold dryer?
The condenser and evaporator are collectively referred to as the refrigeration heat exchanger, which is an important supporting part of the refrigeration compressor. In the refrigeration system, the refrigeration compressor is usually called the main engine, and the heat exchanger is called the auxiliary equipment.
In the refrigeration process of the cold dryer, the function of the condenser is to output heat to the outside and condense the refrigerant into a liquid. After the high-temperature and high-pressure exhaust gas from the compressor enters the condenser, it will absorb all the heat in the working process (including the heat absorbed from the evaporator, the heat generated by the compressor during the compression process, and the heat absorbed when the refrigerant is transported in the pipeline. External heat) to the surrounding medium ─ ─ air or water away.
The process of cooling the exhaust gas of the compressor of the cold dryer into liquid in the condenser can generally be divided into three stages: cooling, condensation and supercooling.
① Release the superheated heat of the superheated steam of the refrigerant until it reaches the condensation temperature and becomes saturated steam. This stage is called the cooling stage;
② When the condensation temperature remains constant, the heat of condensation is released to make the saturated steam become a saturated liquid. This stage is called the condensation stage.
③ A part of the supercooling heat of the liquid is released, so that the saturated liquid becomes a supercooled liquid. This stage is called the supercooling stage.
