Three-level maintenance of air compressor
- First-level maintenance
First-level maintenance is a job that must be done every day. It is usually carried out before, after and on duty. The purpose is to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the cleanliness of the work site.
The main contents of primary maintenance are:
(1) Every day or every shift should refuel each refueling point of the compressor once. If there are special requirements, such as the lubrication of motor bearings, add oil according to the instructions. In short, all moving friction parts, including accessories, should be refueled regularly.
(2) Use the machine according to the operating procedures, check and investigate frequently, deal with failures in time and record them in the operation diary.
(3) When working, keep the machine and the ground clean. Equipment should be wiped down before shifting.
(4) When the room temperature is lower than 5~C in winter, the cooling water in the cavity should be drained after parking.
- Secondary maintenance
(1) Clean the air valve once every 800 hours, remove carbon deposits on the valve seat and valve cover, clean the lubricating oil filter and filter screen, and check the moving mechanism.
(2) Clean the filter every 1200h. The filter installed in a dusty place should be cleaned to reduce cylinder wear.
(3) Filter the engine oil every 2000 hours to remove metal shavings and dust impurities. If the oil is not clean, the oil should be changed, and the bearing bush should be scraped and adjusted once. Perform a comprehensive inspection of the clearances of the entire machine.
- Three-level maintenance
The purpose of the three-level maintenance is to improve the integrity rate of the equipment during the interval between intermediate repairs, and the work content is basically the same as that of minor repairs.
Long-term idle equipment maintenance
If the unit is not used for a long time, the unit should be sealed and maintained.
(1) Before the unit is sealed, add the specified amount of grease as required. More than 6 months idle period, should refill grease. Grease must be refilled before starting the vehicle.
(2) Before the unit is put into operation again, remove the grease from the oil seal, wash it with kerosene or gasoline, and then add new oil.
