What are the reasons for frequent blockage of air compressors?
- The air filter is damaged or unsuitable for use in the environment. Replace the damaged air filter core. If it is not suitable for use in the environment, a heavy-duty air filter can be used or the suction of the air compressor can be guided to a place with clean air.
- Air compressor oil filter malfunction. Replace the oil filter core and use an oil filter.
- Damaged or inappropriate oil and gas separator core. Replace the separator core and use the oil and gas separator core.
- The lubricating air compressor oil has deteriorated. Use the original air compressor lubricating oil.
- Operating in environments such as high temperature, high humidity, or high pressure. Run the air compressor accessories at the rated oil and gas separator pressure and oil temperature to accelerate the replacement cycle of lubricating air compressor oil or filters.
- The lubricating air compressor oil is contaminated. When replacing the oil of the air compressor, it is necessary to inspect and maintain the air compressor according to the daily maintenance table.
- Different grades or models of lubricating air compressors are mixed with oil. Do not mix lubricating air compressor oils of different grades and models, and do not use lubricating air compressor oils from different manufacturers. The blockage problem of screw air compressors cannot be ignored. When blockage occurs, the cause needs to be identified and resolved in a timely manner. Maintain the air compressor well to prevent frequent blockage and avoid more malfunctions.
